Cone drills cost a club almost nothing and change how a squad moves.

Two heights. The 6 inch cone marks a course without becoming an obstacle, which suits close footwork and shuttle work where an athlete crosses the line at speed. The 9 inch stands tall enough to be seen from across a field or a hall, so it works as a turning marker, a boundary and a gate for weaving drills. Boxing squads run them for lateral movement, rugby and soccer sides for change of direction. They stack, and that matters when the whole set has to go back in one bag. Made to order with a one week lead time.
