1. About us and how to contact us
This website is operated by In Front Sports (Pty) Ltd, a private company registered in South Africa (registration number 2026/106781/07), trading as TITLE. Our contact details are set out above and on our Contact page.

2. Placing an order and when a contract is formed

  1. You place an order by adding items to your cart and completing checkout. Placing an order is an offer to buy.
  2. A binding contract is formed only when we accept your order and confirm dispatch. If we cannot fulfil an order (for example, an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurred), we will tell you and refund any amount paid.
  3. Before you place your order you will be able to review it and correct errors. It is your responsibility to give accurate delivery and contact details.

3. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT at 15%, unless stated otherwise. Our VAT number is 4370229538.
  • Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout (see the Shipping & Delivery Policy).
  • We accept card payments (Visa, Mastercard) and EFT through Paystack. Payment must be received before goods are dispatched.
  • We try to keep prices and product information accurate, but errors can occur. If we discover a genuine error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to continue at the correct price, or to cancel and receive a full refund.

4. Your right to cancel (ECTA cooling-off)
Because you buy from us online, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (section 44) gives you the right to cancel your order within 7 days after delivery, for any reason and without penalty. Full details, including how refunds work and who pays return shipping, are in our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy.

5. Delivery
We deliver within South Africa and to selected international destinations. Delivery timeframes, costs and risk are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Your consumer rights are protected

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, or any other law that cannot be excluded by agreement. Where any term conflicts with those laws, the law prevails.

7. Quality of goods and warranties
Under the Consumer Protection Act (sections 55 and 56) you have the right to goods that are of good quality, in good working order and free of defects, and that are reasonably suitable for their ordinary purpose. If goods fail to meet this standard within 6 months of delivery, you may return them and choose a repair, replacement or refund, at our cost and risk. Where a manufacturer’s warranty also applies to a product, it is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject always to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the website or the products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the goods concerned. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that may not lawfully be excluded.

9. Acceptable use of the website
You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose, introduce malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or copy or exploit the site’s content except as allowed by our Copyright & Intellectual Property Notice.

10. Intellectual property
All content on the site is owned by or licensed to In Front Sports (Pty) Ltd and is protected by law. See our Copyright & Intellectual Property Notice.

11. Complaints and dispute resolution
We aim to resolve any complaint directly, so please contact us first at sales@boxing.co.za. If we cannot resolve it, you may refer a consumer complaint to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud (www.cgso.org.za) or the National Consumer Commission. This does not affect your right to approach a court.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa. You consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the South Gauteng High Court, Johannesburg, in respect of any dispute, without affecting your right to bring a matter before the appropriate consumer forum or Magistrate’s Court.

13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order.
