A round ball bounces where you expect. This one does not, and that is the entire training effect.

Six sides mean the rebound angle changes on each drop, so the athlete cannot pre-load a movement and has to read the ball as it comes. Boxing coaches use it for the reaction speed that separates a slipped punch from a caught one, and for hand-eye work that a mirror drill cannot replicate. Solid rubber, high bounce, and it works off any hard surface: gym floor, court, wall or dirt. Junior and senior sizes, with the smaller ball moving faster and rewarding sharper hands. Made to order with a one week lead time.
