Flat markers are what you want on a floor people are sprinting across.

At 50mm high a saucer cone marks a grid without becoming something to roll an ankle on, so it suits indoor floors, shuttle lanes and drills where athletes cross the marker at speed. Five colours let a coach run a colour-called drill, where the athlete reacts to a shout rather than following a fixed pattern, and that reaction element is what makes cone work useful to a boxer beyond the conditioning. Sold one at a time, so you buy the exact number your grid needs. They stack flat into a bag. Made to order with a one week lead time.
