TITLE Creatine Monohydrate is 100% micronised creatine and nothing else. One ingredient, at a dose you can read off the label. Creatine increases physical performance during successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise. That is the exact demand a round on the pads or a Hyrox station puts on you. Micronised means a finer particle, so it mixes into water instead of settling into sludge at the bottom of the glass.

How to take it

5g a day, every day. Timing matters less than consistency, because creatine saturates your muscles over weeks rather than working dose by dose. Mix it into water, juice or your post-training shake.

A loading phase is optional. 20g a day for five days, split into four 5g doses, gets you saturated faster. Skip it and you arrive at the same place in three to four weeks.

Will it affect making weight?

Creatine draws water into your muscle cells, and one to two kilograms in the first few weeks is normal. That water sits inside the muscle. If you compete in a weight class, start a creatine block early in camp rather than in fight week, and talk to your coach about where it fits.
