Take one low shot in sparring and you will buy a proper groin guard the same week.

A solid curved protection piece sits inside this guard and carries impact across its full width instead of concentrating it at the point of contact. Coverage extends up over the lower abdomen, where body shots land in boxing and where knees land in Muay Thai and MMA. An elasticated waistband and elasticated leg holds keep it seated through footwork, pivots and clinch work, so you stop resetting it between rounds.
