Twenty-seven bones sit in your hand. A glove spreads impact across the outside of your fist; the wrap underneath stops those bones shifting against each other when it lands.

TITLE Boxing Hand Wraps run in a woven cotton blend with a thumb loop at one end and a hook-and-loop closure at the other, so the wrap anchors at the thumb and finishes flat across the wrist without bunching under a glove. Take 3m for smaller hands, shorter sessions and wrapping under MMA gloves. Take 4.5m for boxing, which gives you extra passes across the knuckles and a firmer wrist lock through heavy bag rounds.
