TITLE Recovery Water+: Protein Water with Electrolytes

Sale priceR 365.00
Flavor:

You finish the session too hot to face a milkshake and too empty for plain water. This is what goes in between.

Recovery Water+ mixes clear and cold. One scoop carries 14g of protein from whey concentrate and collagen peptides, 800mg of sodium, and a strawberry lemonade flavour built on real strawberry fruit powder. Ninety calories, 0.4g of fat, and nothing artificial doing the sweetening: xylitol, stevia leaf and a little fructose handle that.

What is in a scoop

- 14g protein from whey concentrate and collagen peptides
- 800mg sodium, 150mg magnesium, 75mg potassium
- 2.5g creatine monohydrate, with taurine, leucine, glutamine and glycine
- Real strawberry fruit powder, coconut water and red beet powder
- 90 calories, 0.4g fat, 1.3g sugar
- 600g tub, 23 servings
- Contains milk. Made in a factory that uses peanuts, nuts, soy and gluten

How to take it

One scoop, 26g, into 250ml of cold water. Mix it through until it clears. Take it before training, inside half an hour of finishing, or on a hot day when plain water is not keeping up with you.

Why this is not a protein shake

A shake is a meal you drink. This is a drink you can finish while your heart rate is still coming down. Fourteen grams sits below what a full scoop of whey gives you, and that is the trade you are making: it goes down when a shake will not, and it puts back the sodium you sweated out. Plenty of people run both, with this one straight after training and a shake later with food.

Who we built it for

TITLE has spent 30 years supplying South African fight gyms with gloves, bags and wraps. A boxer coming off six rounds in a South African summer loses sodium that a bottle of water does nothing to replace. Come at it from Hyrox or a long CrossFit session and the arithmetic is the same. We manufacture it in Cape Town

One scoop, cold water, straight after training. Add a tub to your next order.
