Super Whey is a blend of whey isolate and whey concentrate. Two level scoops give you 20g of protein and the amino acids that come with pasture-raised, non-GMO whey. Belgian Chocolate mixes thick and dark in skim milk. Creamy Vanilla sits lighter in water, for the mornings when your stomach has not caught up. You will not chase lumps around the bottom of the shaker.

How to mix it

Two level scoops, 25g, into 250ml of water or skim milk. A shaker is enough. Take it inside an hour of finishing training. Work out your daily protein against your bodyweight and your training load, because a heavy week and a quiet week will not match.

The 450g pouch gives you 18 servings. Buy it to test a flavour, or if you get to the gym two or three times a week. The 1.8kg tub runs to 72 servings and costs less per serving, so it suits training five or six days a week.

Who we built it for

TITLE has spent 30 years supplying South African fight gyms with gloves, bags and wraps. Boxers and MMA fighters train twice a day in camp and still have to make weight. Come at it from CrossFit or Hyrox and you hit the same problem from another direction, stacking load on top of conditioning until you stop recovering between sessions. Super Whey works for both.
