1. Where we deliver
We deliver throughout South Africa and to selected international destinations. Local deliveries are handled by The Courier Guy; international orders are sent by a suitable courier or postal service.
2. Delivery timeframes
- Within South Africa: standard delivery by The Courier Guy is estimated at 1–2 business days once your order has been dispatched.
- Please allow up to 3–5 business days in total, including order processing and payment clearance.
- Outlying or regional areas may take a little longer.
- International delivery times vary by destination and are confirmed at checkout or on request.
- These are estimates. We are not responsible for courier delays beyond our control, but we will help you track and resolve any delay.
3. Delivery cost
- Shipping is free on orders of R2,500 and over within South Africa.
- For orders under R2,500, shipping is calculated at checkout by the weight of your order, starting at R99.99 for parcels up to 6 kg.
- Heavier and bulky items, such as punching bags, boxing rings and cages, are charged at higher weight-based rates.
The exact delivery cost for your order is always shown at checkout before you pay.
4. International orders, duties and taxes
For international deliveries, any import duties, taxes or customs charges are the customer’s responsibility and are payable in the destination country. These are not included in the price or the delivery charge shown at checkout. Please check your country’s import rules before ordering.
5. Risk and ownership
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If an order is returned to us as undeliverable (for example, an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery), we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may carry an additional charge.
6. Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will provide a tracking reference where available so you can follow its progress.
