Frequently Asked Questions
Orders, Delivery and Returns
Card payments by Visa and Mastercard, and EFT. All payments are processed through Paystack. Payment has to be received before we dispatch your order.
Yes. Card payments are handled by Paystack, our payment gateway, which processes card and EFT payments securely under PCI-DSS. **We do not store your full card details on our systems.** Card data is encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS.
All prices are in South African Rand and include VAT at 15%, unless stated otherwise. Our VAT registration number is 4370229538\. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. **A binding contract is formed only when we accept your order and confirm dispatch.** Before you place your order you can review it and correct any errors, so check your delivery and contact details before you pay.
We will tell you and refund any amount you have paid. The same applies if a genuine pricing error is discovered: we will contact you to confirm whether you want to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Email sales@boxing.co.za as soon as you can, and we will change or cancel it if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once your order has been delivered you still have a separate legal right to cancel within 7 days under the ECTA (Electronic Communications and Transactions Act). See section 3\.
Email sales@boxing.co.za or call 011 346 1425 or 011 346 1426.
Yes. Gyms, schools, clubs and promoters buy from us regularly, and several products are built for that: reversible competition kit that halves what a club has to carry, exercise mats and crash mats ordered by the floor, coaching pads, body protectors and rings. Email sales@boxing.co.za with what you need and we will quote you, including on quantities and layouts that are not on the site.
Shipping and Delivery
Throughout South Africa and to selected international destinations. Local deliveries are handled by The Courier Guy. International orders go by a suitable courier or postal service.
Within South Africa, standard delivery by The Courier Guy is estimated at 1 to 2 business days once your order has been dispatched. Allow up to 3 to 5 business days in total, including order processing and payment clearance. Outlying and regional areas may take a little longer. International delivery times vary by destination and are confirmed at checkout or on request.
These are estimates. We are not responsible for courier delays beyond our control, but we will help you track and resolve any delay.
Allow 1 to 3 weeks to build, plus delivery time to your address. This covers:
- Punching bags, including the Forge and Titan ranges
- Crash mats
- Exercise mats
- Steel gym equipment, including benches, racks, stands and the weight training sled
- Agility equipment and the abdominal wedge
Boxing rings and the championship belt are quoted individually, and the lead time is confirmed with your quote.
We build these in South Africa rather than importing them, so nothing sits in a container waiting for a buyer. That is why your bag arrives filled, finished and ready to hang, and why a gym can order mats to a floor plan instead of to whatever a supplier happens to have landed.
Shipping is free on orders of R1,999 and over within South Africa.** For orders under R1,999, shipping is calculated at checkout by the weight of your order, starting at R99.99 for parcels up to 6kg. The exact delivery cost for your order is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Yes. If your order is R1,999 or more and it is going to a South African address, delivery is free. That includes heavy and bulky items: punching bags, crash mats, exercise mats and gym equipment. There is no weight limit and no excluded product list.
Boxing rings are quoted individually, with delivery included in your quote.
We ship to selected international destinations. Any import duties, taxes or customs charges are your responsibility and are payable in the destination country. They are not included in the price or the delivery charge shown at checkout. Check your country's import rules before ordering.
Once your order is dispatched we will provide a tracking reference where available so you can follow its progress.
If an order comes back to us as undeliverable, for example because of an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Redelivery may carry an additional charge.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Contact us at sales@boxing.co.za with your order number. We will track it with the courier and resolve it with you.

Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act always apply and are not limited by our own policy.
Yes. Because you bought online, section 44 of the ECTA gives you 7 days after delivery to cancel for any reason and without penalty. Email sales@boxing.co.za to cancel, then return the goods. They should be unused and complete. We refund the full price paid within 30 days of cancellation. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless they are defective.
Under the Consumer Protection Act you have the right to goods that are of good quality, in good working order, free of defects and reasonably suitable for their ordinary purpose. If goods fail to meet that standard within 6 months of delivery, you may return them and choose a repair, replacement or refund.
This is at our cost and risk. You will not be charged for return shipping, and you do not need to keep the original packaging.
Tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange collection and a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Yes, within 30 days of purchase, as our voluntary policy on top of your legal rights. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. You pay the cost of returning it, and return shipping is not refundable. Once we receive and inspect the item we will arrange an exchange, replacement or refund.
Some items are excluded from change-of-mind returns for hygiene and consumable reasons, and limited edition products are excluded too. The full list is below.
Yes. An exchange runs through the change-of-mind route above: the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging, within 30 days, and you pay the return shipping.
Two things worth checking before you order, because they cause most size returns:
- boxing boots are sized in US
- oversized tees and hoodies run large.
Three groups. None of this affects your rights if goods are defective, unsafe, damaged in transit or not as described. Those are always covered, on every product, for six months.
Limited edition products.
Special-edition runs cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.
Hygiene items, once opened, fitted or worn.
For health and hygiene reasons we cannot resell these, so they can only be returned unopened and in their sealed packaging:
- Mouthguards, once removed from the packaging or moulded
- Groin guards, no foul protectors and chest protectors, once worn
- Boxing socks, once opened
Consumables, once opened.
These are single-use or perishable, so they can only be returned unopened:
- Nutrition powders and supplements, once the seal is broken
- Mexican gauze, which is single-use
- Hand wraps and trainer's tape, once opened
- The first aid kit, once opened
Everything else in the catalogue is returnable for change of mind within 30 days, unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
Only if it is unopened and the seal is intact. Once a supplement is opened we cannot resell it, so it falls outside our change-of-mind policy. If there is anything wrong with the product itself, if it is past its date, mislabelled, or not what was described, that is a different situation and your legal rights apply in full.

Only unopened and in its sealed packaging. Once a mouthguard has been out of the packet or moulded, we cannot take it back for hygiene reasons.
A mouthguard that is defective is always covered.
The fitting guidance is in section 7, and refitting solves most fit problems.

Once we have received and inspected the item we will confirm approval and process any refund to your original payment method, normally within 7 days of approval.
Normally within 7 days of approval, to your original payment method. On an ECTA cancellation within 7 days of delivery, the refund is made within 30 days of cancellation.
Check with your bank first, since processing can take a few days. If it still has not arrived, contact us at sales@boxing.co.za
Quality, Warranty and Complaints
Under the Consumer Protection Act, sections 55 and 56, you have the right to goods that are of good quality, in good working order and free of defects, and that are reasonably suitable for their ordinary purpose. If goods fail to meet that standard within 6 months of delivery, you may return them and choose a repair, replacement or refund, at our cost and risk.
Where a manufacturer's warranty also applies to a product, it is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, not instead of them.
Contact us first at sales@boxing.co.za and we will try to resolve it directly. If we cannot, you may refer a consumer complaint to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud at www.cgso.org.za, or to the National Consumer Commission. This does not affect your right to approach a court.

Gloves, Wraps and Hand Protection
TITLE makes seven gloves across two shell materials. **Leather** covers Leather Sparring, Continental, Pro Fight and Competition. **Powerhide**, a synthetic, covers Impact Training, Training and Junior. Leather costs more, lasts longer and needs conditioning. Powerhide needs no conditioning and handles a beginner's training load.
The Impact Training and Training gloves are the entry gloves in the range, built on a Powerhide shell. They take bag work and pad work without the maintenance a leather glove asks for.
The Competition glove is SANABO approved. Training and sparring gloves will not pass an equipment check.
The Continental is TITLE's lace-up leather glove. Laces close tighter and more evenly across the wrist than a hook-and-loop strap, which is why they are used for competition and hard sparring. You need someone to tie them for you.
The Junior glove runs at 6oz.
Wipe the shell with a damp cloth after every session and air dry them. No heat, no direct sun. Store them out of the gym bag so the leather can breathe, deodorise weekly, and condition the leather every few months. Never submerge them and never machine wash them.
The same drying and storage rules, plus mild soap for cleaning. Dry them in shade, because direct sunlight degrades synthetic material. Skip the conditioning step. Conditioner is for leather and does nothing on a synthetic shell.
3m suits smaller hands, junior athletes, quick sessions and wrapping under MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) gloves. 4.5m is the standard adult choice for boxing and gives you extra passes across the knuckles and a firmer wrist lock. If you are unsure and training boxing, take 4.5m.
Black and red in both lengths, pink in 3m, green and yellow in 4.5m.
Loop the thumb strap over your thumb, take three passes around the wrist, three across the knuckles, then figure-eight between each finger before finishing back at the wrist with the hook-and-loop closure. The wrap should feel firm with your hand open and tight with your fist closed. If your fingers tingle, it is too tight.
Cotton wraps are reusable and go on in under a minute, which makes them the daily training choice. Mexican gauze moulds tighter to the hand and is what professionals use with tape for competition, but it is single-use. Most fighters own both.
Replace them once the elastic stops recovering. At three sessions a week that is usually six to twelve months.
Machine wash cold in a mesh laundry bag with the hook-and-loop fastened down, or the closure catches on everything in the drum. Air dry only, because heat shrinks cotton and kills the elastic. Never leave damp wraps rolled inside a gym bag.
Mexican gauze is single-use and is not washed.
It rolls a used wrap back up in about two minutes instead of twenty. Gyms and clubs buy them; individual boxers usually do not.
Headgear and Body Protection
Cheek protectors cover where hooks land while keeping your chin and breathing open, which most working boxers prefer for regular sparring. Full face adds a chin protector and extra padding through the ears and jaw, and suits hard sparring camps, athletes returning from a facial injury, and developing boxers in club or school programmes.
No. Amateur competition requires open face competition headgear in the correct corner colour. Training headgear with cheek or chin protectors will not pass an equipment check.
Yes. Most gyms require groin protection for any contact sparring across boxing, MMA (Mixed Martial Arts), Muay Thai and kickboxing. Abdominal coverage matters more in the kicking disciplines, where knees land higher than punches do.
The groin and abdominal protector is the training piece. The no foul protector is the professional one, built in leather to take twelve rounds of body work.
Amateur boxing rules require chest protection for female competitors. Check the current SANABO ruling for your division before your first card, since equipment rules are updated periodically.
By underbust measurement and cup size. The sizes run from XXS upward and each option gives both figures.
Follow the boil-and-bite instructions supplied with the guard, then bite down evenly and hold. Rinse in cool water and store it in the vented case. Refit if the seal loosens.
Rinse it in cool water after every session and store it in its vented case, never in a sealed bag. Never use hot water, which distorts the mould.
Wipe the shell with a damp cloth after every session, then air dry away from heat and direct sun. Never machine wash and never submerge. Store it out of the gym bag so the leather can breathe, condition it every few months, and loosen the laces before storing so the shell keeps its shape.
A coach wears it to take live body shots on the pads without stopping the round. It is a coaching and gym purchase rather than an athlete one.
Punch Bags, Pads and Striking Equipment
Yes. Every TITLE punching bag ships filled to the stated weight and ready to hang. You do not need to source filling, and there is no packing work before your first session. You never open, top up or repack a TITLE bag.
Textile shred, packed to the stated weight. Textile keeps its shape under repeated impact. Sand settles, and once it goes hard at the bottom you are hitting a brick.
For a home gym, the 1.2m at roughly 35kg suits most adult users. It gives you full body coverage for head and body shots without needing a commercial ceiling height. Lighter builds and younger boxers train well on the 90cm bag at roughly 19kg.
FoamCore sits between the shell and the filling as a layer of foam. It spreads the force of your shot across a wider area, so the strike surface stays the same from top to bottom and the filling never compacts into a hard base. You feel the difference most in month twelve.
The standard bags hang on straps and you buy the chain separately. Forge adds the FoamCore lining, a carbon-weave PVC shell, and the chain in the box. Train a few times a week and a standard bag serves you well. Put daily work or gym traffic through it and you want the Forge.
Both ranges share the FoamCore lining and the carbon-weave PVC shell. The difference is scale. Forge runs 38cm across at 35kg to 55kg, which covers home gyms and everyday training. Titan runs 60cm across at 80kg to 120kg on heavier chain and thicker D-rings, built for commercial floors and power work. Hang a Forge at home. Hang a Titan where the bag takes a gym's worth of traffic and has to stay still.
Monolith at 1.2m and 80kg gives you a wide striking surface under a standard ceiling, which suits most home and studio spaces. Step up to Behemoth at 1.5m and 100kg for coverage from head height down to the body on a floor that sees real traffic. Goliath is the commercial bag: 1.8m, 120kg, and a heavyweight's best shot barely moves it.
Take the 1.2m at 35kg if you are hanging it under a standard ceiling, which covers most homes. Go to the 1.5m at 45kg for full coverage from head height down to the body. The 1.8m at 55kg needs commercial ceiling height, and it barely moves when you hit it.
A rated fixing point, and check it before you order. A structural beam, a heavy-duty wall bracket or a freestanding frame rated above 120kg will all carry a Goliath. A domestic ceiling joist or a light bracket will not. TITLE stocks large wall brackets and freestanding stands sized for these bags.
The chain comes with the bag. The swivel does not. Add one and the bag rotates instead of twisting the chain, which saves both the chain and your mounting point. TITLE stocks a 5mm standard and a 10mm heavy-duty swivel.
We build our bags to order in South Africa, so allow 1 to 3 weeks for manufacturing before your bag ships, plus delivery time to your address. Nothing sits in a container waiting for a buyer, which is why yours arrives filled, finished and ready to hang.
Delivery is free on orders of R1,999 and over to a South African address, including on the heaviest bags in the Titan range.
Wipe the shell down with a damp cloth and mild soap after heavy sessions and let it air dry. No solvents, no bleach, no alcohol-based cleaners, which strip the finish off a PVC shell and take the printed logo with it. Keep the bag out of direct sun. UV hardens a PVC shell and splits the seams. Wear wraps and gloves: a bare-knuckle habit marks the shell.
Check the webbing straps, box stitching and D-rings every few months, and again after anyone heavy has been working the bag. Check the swivel and the hook monthly on a bag in daily use, and before every session on a commercial gym floor. Replace any part showing a deep score, a spread link, a bent gate or a swivel that has stopped turning freely. Do not straighten, weld or reuse a deformed part.
Re-check the fixings after the first week, then every few months. Repeated impact works bolts loose in brick and concrete, and the check takes a minute. Hang only the bag weight the bracket or stand carries, and ask us before you hang if you do not have that figure.
They do different jobs. A heavy bag builds power and conditioning. A speed bag builds rhythm, timing and shoulder endurance.
Wipe the shell with a damp cloth after each session and air dry away from heat and direct sun. Leather gets conditioned every few months. Powerhide gets mild soap and shade drying, with no conditioner. Never submerge and never machine wash. Deflate the bag or drop it to low pressure if it is going away for a season.
Let some air out after a long session in a hot gym, since air expands and a bladder inflated hard in the heat puts the load on the seam. Never over-inflate: a bladder should feel firm, not drum-tight. Keep the valve clean and dry and store it away from heat. Keep a spare, because a bladder is a consumable inside a shell that outlasts it several times over.
Wipe the outer down with a damp cloth after every session and air dry them before they go back in a bag. Leather pads get conditioned every few months. Powerhide pads get mild soap and shade drying. Dry the straps with the same attention as the shell, and clear lint out of the hook-and-loop. Store them flat or standing, never folded and never under something heavy, because a pad stored under load takes a permanent dent.
The two sizes give you a different target. The large target suits developing boxers and general pad work. The small target suits sharper, more accurate work with an experienced fighter.
Boxing Footwear
**Sizes are US.**
A US 9 is roughly a UK 8.5 and an SA 8.5, so ordering your usual South African number will put you about one and a half sizes too big. Check a US conversion chart against a shoe you already own before you order. If you sit between two sizes, take the smaller one: a boxing boot should fit close, because movement inside the boot is movement you lose in the ring.
A running shoe is built to grip and to cushion forward motion. Boxing footwork is lateral and rotational: you pivot on the ball of the foot repeatedly, and a grippy sole resists that turn, which puts the load through your knee instead. A boxing boot runs a thin, smooth sole that pivots on canvas or mat, and a high-top that supports the ankle through the direction changes.
That depends on session frequency and surface, so nobody can give you a number that means anything. What kills them earliest is drying them badly. See the care answer below.
A boxing boot carries almost no cushioning underfoot by design. A thin synthetic sports sock inside a laced boot over a long session is where blisters come from. The towelled sole puts the padding back without adding bulk that changes the fit of the boot.
Wipe the upper with a damp cloth after a session and let them air dry away from direct heat. Never put boxing boots on a heater or in a tumble drier. PU leather cracks when it dries too fast, and once it cracks the boot is finished. Take the laces out and open the boot up so the inside dries. Store them out of the gym bag.
Wash warm with whites. Towelled cotton holds sweat and salt, so these want a proper wash rather than a rinse. Air dry. Tumble drying shrinks the towelled sole and takes the cushioning out of it, which is the thing you paid for.
Competition Kit — Trunks, Vests and Robes
Boxing trunks sit high on the waist and cut wide through the leg, so they run differently to gym shorts. Measure your waist and check it against the size chart in the product gallery rather than ordering the size you take in streetwear. Between two sizes, take the larger one: the elasticated waist takes up slack, and trunks that pull across the hip restrict your step.
Air mesh vents best and is the lightest of the three, which makes it the training and warm-weather choice. Satin carries the traditional ring finish and photographs better under lights, so most fighters keep a satin pair for the card. Cotton is the heaviest and the most durable, built for repeat gym sessions where a competition pair would wear through.
The reversible trunks and reversible vest are approved by SANABO for competition and meet international amateur requirements, so the same kit works from a provincial card through to an international one. Equipment rules are updated periodically, so confirm the current ruling for your division before a card.
Corner assignments are confirmed close to the event. One reversible pair covers red and blue, so a boxer travels with one set and a club carries half the kit. For a coach running a squad across a weekend card, that is the difference between one bag and two.
Amateur competition requires a vest in the categories that mandate it, and requirements differ by federation, category and age group. Check the current ruling for your division. Beyond the rules, mesh over cotton is the practical choice once you are into the later rounds.
A fingertip robe finishes above the knee, with the hem falling roughly at your fingertips when your arms are at your sides. It is shorter than a full-length gown, which makes it easier to move in on the walk and quicker for a cornerman to strip over the gloves.
Yes, cold and gentle for all of it. The rules that matter: air mesh never goes in a tumble drier, satin never goes near heat or hook-and-loop, and reversibles wash alone for the first few cycles.
Red and blue in one garment carries a real dye-transfer risk, and the first wash is where it happens. Wash cold and alone for at least the first three washes, then dry flat and out of direct sun so neither side fades ahead of the other.
S, M, L and XXL. **There is no XL in this product.** If you sit between L and XXL, size accordingly before you order.
Apparel and Lifestyle
We cut them oversized.
**Most people should take one size down from their usual.**
Women wanting a fitted shape should size down; women wanting the oversized look should stay true to size; anyone broader through the chest and shoulders should take their normal size. The small runs large on most women.
The Cotton tee comes in four colours in S to XL with no graphic. The Gloves tee is black only, carries a boxing gloves graphic, and offers two necklines with a size run from XS to XXXL. If you need a size outside S to XL, the Gloves tee is the one that has it.
The sleeved hoodie is post-training wear, built to hold heat while you cool down. The sleeveless is a working layer: hood up, arms free, worn while you skip or hold pads. Boxers who train through winter usually end up owning both.
Yes, in the image gallery on the t-shirts and the sleeveless hoodie.
Machine wash cold at 30°C maximum, inside out, with like colours. Do not tumble dry, because heat cracks the DTF print. Do not iron across the print: turn it inside out and press the back of the fabric on low. No bleach, no dry cleaning. Hang or lay flat to dry. Do this and the print lasts as long as the shirt.
Yes. Embroidery fails differently to print: it snags and puckers rather than cracking. Wash it inside out so the raised stitching does not catch on zips and buckles in a full drum, skip the tumble drier so the cotton does not shrink around the stitching, and iron around the embroidery, never across it.
A wet 300 GSM hoodie hung by the shoulders stretches under its own weight and never comes back.
Unisex, cut regular. On men it runs true to size with room for a hoodie underneath. On women it wears oversized. Size down if you want it closer to the body.
very one is embroidered. None is printed and none is pressed on.
No. Dry clean only. Melton wool over a quilted lining will not survive a domestic machine, and the shrinkage is not recoverable. Brush the wool down after wearing, hang it on a broad hanger, and store it hung with moth protection through summer.
Special edition. One hundred jackets in this run.
**Limited edition products cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.**
Your legal rights still apply in full if the jacket is defective, unsafe or not as described. Check the fit answer above before you order, and contact us if you are unsure between two sizes.
Fleece is warmer and heavier, built for cold gym sessions and warm-ups. Nylon is lighter and cuts wind, which suits coaching, corner work and travel. Coaches working card nights tend to prefer the nylon; boxers training through winter tend to prefer the fleece.
Yes. Both tracksuits are sold three ways: as a top-and-pants set, as a top only, or as pants only, each in S to XL. Buying the pieces separately lets you take different sizes top and bottom.
Corner Supplies and Coaching Equipment
An endswell is a flat-faced steel tool with a handle, used in the corner between rounds. It is stored in the ice bucket through the fight so the steel stays cold, then lifted out and pressed against the area under firm, steady pressure during the interval. Steel holds cold longer than a gloved hand or a wet towel, and the flat face applies pressure evenly across a wider area than an ice cube.
Steel. The tool works through thermal mass, so the material has to hold cold. A plastic endswell warms in the hand within seconds and does very little.
An ice bag holds loose ice and water, so it conforms to the shape of whatever you hold it against. A rigid gel pack bridges across a cheekbone or a knee instead of sitting flush on it. The bag is also refillable from any ice supply at a venue, where a gel pack has to be pre-frozen.
Contents are supplied stocked. **Check the item list against whatever your federation, school or venue requires before relying on it for a card**, and restock after use. Requirements differ by governing body and by whether the event is amateur or professional.
A set of 11 cards covering rounds 2 through 12, each 460mm wide by 600mm high, on 3mm ABS board printed on both sides. Round 1 is not included, since the card is only carried from the end of the first round onward.
Medium at 60cm x 25cm x 25cm takes one boxer's training kit. Large at 85cm x 35cm x 35cm takes pads, a squad's wraps or a coach's full corner setup. The backpack is the smaller option again, sized for a single kit carried on your back.
Do not machine wash it. Empty it, turn it out, wipe the lining with a damp cloth and mild soap, then leave it open to dry. Clear grit out of the zip teeth with a dry brush every few weeks. That one habit keeps a bag alive past a year of daily use. Never store a bag closed with wet kit inside.
Wash and dry it after every use, then dry it before it goes back in the bag, because steel left wet in a corner kit will mark. Store it dry and keep it out of the ice bucket between events. Do not use it to lever, prise or strike anything: it is a pressure tool with a finished face, and a scratched or dented face is no longer smooth against skin.
Rinse it with warm water after use, then hang it open and upside down until the inside is dry. Trapped moisture in a sealed bag grows mould. Do not fill it with boiling water, and store it dry with the cap off.
Gym, Fitness and Conditioning
The three sizes resolve against use case: 1200 x 600 for individual floor work, 1500 x 750 for more room through a full movement, and 1800 x 1200 where a session covers ground. Send us your floor area and we will work out the layout for a club or studio.
The leather rope carries removable handle weights and turns with more feel through the arc, which suits boxers working footwork and shoulder endurance. The PVC speed rope turns faster on the same ball bearings and suits double-unders and conditioning work.
Wipe a leather rope down after use and condition it every few months, because a dried-out leather rope goes stiff and will not hold an arc. A PVC speed rope only needs a wipe. Keep both off rough concrete: abrasion kills a skipping rope, and a wooden, matted or smooth floor doubles the life of one. Hang the rope or coil it loosely, since a rope knotted into a kit bag takes a set.
The dumbbell bench is built on a heavier frame for a heavier load case. Frame mass is the difference between them.
Solid brick or concrete. Rawbolts are included. Re-check them after the first week and every few months after that, because these carry the whole load.
No. It is a throw-and-catch and partner-work ball. Slam work on concrete takes the panels apart.
Store mats flat or rolled, never folded on a crease, and never stacked under something heavy. Foam takes a set, and a mat with a permanent fold in it has lost the flat surface you bought. Store a crash mat standing on its long edge or lying flat, never leaning at an angle. Let both dry before storing.
We build them locally to order, so allow 1 to 3 weeks before your order ships, plus delivery time. That covers exercise mats, crash mats, and the steel range: benches, racks, stands and the weight training sled. Agility equipment and the abdominal wedge run to the same range.
Building here is also why a gym can order mats to a floor plan rather than to whatever a supplier has landed. Send us your floor area and we will work out the layout.
Sled push and sled pull are two of the eight Hyrox stations. The sled also carries a harness for resisted running and drags.
Boxing Rings and Club Equipment
4m and 5m rings cover training and club use. 6m, 7m and 8m are tournament sizes. The raised 5m gym training ring is not suitable for sanctioned tournaments.
It depends on the ring. The freestanding 5m reassembles in under 15 minutes. The 6m tournament ring slots together in under an hour with no nuts and bolts.
The 7m tournament ring comes complete with wooden flooring and a floor cover to the ground.
Ring prices on the site are indicative and every ring is made to order. Send us your room dimensions, your ceiling height, your sanctioning body and your event date, and we will quote you, with a lead time confirmed against your quote.
Sweep or vacuum the canvas after every session, because grit underfoot wears a canvas through in the traffic lanes long before the corners go. Mop with warm water and mild soap, with no solvents and no bleach. Let the canvas dry before anything sits on it and before you roll it. Deal with blood and bodily fluids to your venue's protocol at once: your protocol takes precedence over anything written here.
Check rope tension before every card and at least monthly in training use. A slack rope is a safety issue and an officials issue, and anyone inspecting a ring looks at it first. Check turnbuckles and tie-offs for corrosion, thread damage and slippage, and replace anything with thread damage rather than repairing it.
Everything goes away dry. Store components indoors, off a concrete floor and out of direct sun. Keep the sections together and labelled, because a ring missing one fitting is a ring you cannot put up. Do the parts check at pack-down, not at set-up, so you have time to order a replacement.
Wipe the housing with a slightly damp cloth and never spray cleaner onto a unit or a display. Take the batteries out if a unit is going unused for a season, because a leaking cell ruins a contact board. Keep a scale on a hard level floor and leave it there: matting throws the reading. Do not stand loaded plates on the platform.
TITLE Nutrition
Super Whey
Both. It blends whey isolate with whey concentrate, giving 25g of protein per 33g serving.
54 servings of two level scoops.
It contains cow's milk. Anyone with a diagnosed dairy allergy should not use it. It is made in a facility that handles nuts, fish and soy.
Most fighters take it within an hour of training. Requirements vary with bodyweight and training load.
Take the 450g pouch to try a flavour, or if you train two or three times a week. Take the 1.8kg tub if you are training daily, sitting in camp, or you would rather buy once a season.
Vegan Protein
No. Plenty of the people who buy plant protein are not vegan. They buy it because whey sits heavily on them, or because they want the fibre.
Close. Whey keeps a small edge gram for gram, and a pea, rice and hemp blend covers the amino acid profile that a single plant source misses. Hitting your total protein for the day matters more than which source it comes from.
Yes. Pea protein runs low in methionine and rice protein runs low in lysine. Blended with hemp, the three cover the full amino acid profile.
Protease, amylase, lipase and cellulase help break the plant proteins down. Your gut works harder on plant protein than on whey.
No dairy and no soy. The protein comes from pea, brown rice and hemp.
Both deliver 20g of protein per serving. Take Vegan Protein if dairy does not agree with you, if you want the extra fibre, or if you are avoiding animal products.
Creatine Monohydrate
5g a day, every day. A loading phase of 20g a day for five days is optional and gets you saturated faster.
Consistency matters more than timing. Creatine saturates your muscles over weeks rather than working dose by dose, so take it whenever you will remember it.
One to two kilograms in the first few weeks is normal, and it is water drawn into the muscle cell. If you compete in a weight class, start early in camp rather than in fight week.
Creatine monohydrate is not on the WADA Prohibited List. TITLE does not currently carry third-party batch certification, so athletes under a testing programme should check with their federation.
No. This is unflavoured so it mixes into water, juice or a protein shake without fighting whatever you are already drinking.
No. Creatine monohydrate is taken continuously.
Recovery Water+
It carries 14g of protein instead of a full scoop's worth, and it mixes clear and cold rather than thick. Take it when a shake is too heavy to finish.
Before training, within half an hour of finishing, or through a long hot session.
No. 14g is less than a full scoop of whey. A lot of people take this straight after training and a protein shake later with food.
800mg sodium, 150mg magnesium and 75mg potassium per scoop. Sodium is the one you lose most of in sweat.
Yes. The protein comes from whey concentrate and collagen peptides, so it contains milk. It is made in a factory that also uses peanuts, nuts, soy and gluten.
No. Xylitol, stevia leaf extract and a small amount of fructose do the sweetening.
Pure Collagen
Collagen broken into short peptide chains so it dissolves in liquid without clumping. The raw collagen is bovine.
No. Collagen is an incomplete protein and carries no tryptophan, so it does not do the job whey or a plant blend does. Take it alongside your protein rather than instead of it.
One 10g scoop a day.
No. It is unflavoured, which is why it goes into coffee without changing it.
Yes. It dissolves in hot and cold liquid.
No. Collagen peptides are bovine.
Across the range
In a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight. Seal the tub, pouch or bag after every use, because powder draws moisture from the air. Keep the scoop inside the container and dry. Do not store it in a car, a gym bag or a bathroom. Mixed product does not keep, so mix a serving when you are going to drink it.
Shaker Bottle
No. The lid is hinged with a locking clip and screws onto a sealed collar, so it holds shut in a gym bag. Close the clip before it goes in the bag.
750ml suits most people. A single serving of protein mixes into 250ml of water and needs headroom to shake, and 750ml leaves enough over to drink plain water through a session without refilling.
In this one, yes. The mouth is wide enough to take cubes whole.
Yes. A 304 food-grade stainless steel mixer ball is included, and it breaks powder through cold water in seconds. Steel carries more weight through the liquid than a plastic ball, so it clears powder off the base of the bottle.
Impact-resistant polypropylene, with a 304 stainless steel mixer ball. It is certified BPA-free and carries EU and US food grade, REACH and RoHS compliance.
Wash it by hand. Heat from a hot dishwasher cycle can distort a moulded bottle, and a distorted bottle stops sealing.
Wash it by hand in warm soapy water after every session, cap and bottle apart, then stand it upside down with the cap off overnight. The wide mouth takes a bottle brush to the base, where the smell starts. Keep it out of a hot car.
Product Care — Quick Reference
- Wipe leather and PVC down after every session, air dry, no heat and no direct sun. That covers gloves, headgear, pads, punch bags and medicine balls.
- Condition leather every few months. Never condition synthetics. Conditioner does nothing on a Powerhide shell.
- Wash garments cold, inside out, and air dry. No garment in the catalogue goes in a tumble drier. Heat cracks print, puckers embroidery, shrinks cotton, melts mesh and pulls the sheen out of satin.
- Never store anything wet or sealed. A boot in a bag overnight, a wrap rolled damp, a bag closed on wet kit. That is what ends most of it.
- Check load-bearing hardware on a schedule. Swivels, chains, brackets, rawbolts and ring ropes. Everything else on this list is about lifespan. This one is about safety.
