A hurdle a boxer can see coming is a hurdle they will step over without thinking.

Fixed heights force the pattern. Six inch keeps the feet quick and low for footwork rounds. Nine and twelve inch bring the knee up into the drive a boxer needs for stepping in behind a jab. Fifteen inch pushes into plyometric territory, where the athlete is jumping and the landing does as much work as the take-off. Buy them in a run so a session progresses through heights across the hour. Made to order with a one week lead time.

Kit the floor with a run of heights.
