This one uses a sealed high-tech liner, so it holds ice and meltwater without dripping through the seam the way a bag with a basic liner does by the fourth round. Fill it, screw it shut and it stays shut. The bag conforms to whatever you hold it against, so it sits flush on a cheekbone or a knee where a rigid pack bridges across.
