• 600mm heavy-duty steel chain: The longer option, for higher mounts or bags needing more drop.
• D-shackles at both ends: Unscrew by hand, so the chain moves between bags or comes down for storage without tools.
• Connects bracket or ceiling to swivel: Or straight to a bag's top loop where no swivel is fitted.
• Frees up the mounting point: Take the chain down and the fixing is not permanently occupied.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need the 600mm chain or the 300mm?

Choose 600mm if your ceiling or bracket sits high and the bag needs to drop further to reach proper punching height. Choose 300mm where the mounting point is already close to the right height.

Can I shorten the chain later?

You do not need to cut it. The D-shackles unscrew by hand, so you can reconfigure the setup or swap in the shorter 300mm chain instead.

Will this hold a full-size bag?

Yes. It is heavy-duty steel built to carry a hanging punching bag through daily rounds. Pair it with TITLE's Standard or Heavy Duty swivel depending on your bag size.
