TITLE Reversible Boxing Trunks: SANABO Approved, Red and Blue

One pair covers both corners, so a club buys half the trunks.

The trunks are red on one face and blue on the other. Turn them at the venue and your fighter changes corners without anyone opening a second kit bag. SANABO approves them for competition and they meet international amateur requirements, so one pair travels from a provincial card through to an international one. Both faces are finished the same, with no lining seam showing on either side, and an elasticated waist holds the fit whichever way round they go on.

• Wash cold, inside out, with like colours
• The poly content is what keeps the shape, and it also means heat is the enemy: a hot wash or a tumble drier will set creases into the blend that do not come out
• Air dry
• If the shirt carries a printed graphic, do not iron across the print. Turn it inside out and press the back of the fabric on a low setting
• Wash the red separately for the first two or three cycles
