Twenty metres into a loaded sled pull, your legs stop negotiating and your lungs take over the argument.

The harness ships with the sled, and that turns a push-only frame into something you can also pull. Push it for quad and calf work with your hands on the uprights. Clip into the harness and it becomes a resisted sprint that drives hip extension, the same pattern a boxer needs to plant and turn a rear hand over. Load it with the plates you already own and the resistance goes wherever the session needs it. For Hyrox athletes the sled push and sled pull are two of the eight stations, and this trains both of them under load.
