Without uprights, somebody has to hand a loaded bar down to the lifter already lying under it.

This stand puts barbell pressing on a floor that has no full rack. It sits at the head of a bench and holds the bar at rack height, so a lifter unracks and re-racks alone. The frame stays planted through the unrack, when the bar leaves the hooks and the load swings sideways for a moment. Pair it with the TITLE Flat Bench or Dumbbell Bench, or step up to the Squat Rack and Bench Press Combo where the same corner also handles squats.
