Second place remembers the presentation better than first does.

The medium two-pillar trophy is built for that moment. It carries the same engraved inscription and the same finish as the large three-pillar, at a height that reads as its own award. Smaller clubs use it as the main trophy for a single-night card, where a full three-pillar piece would overshadow the event it is celebrating. Boxing clubs also order a run of them for junior prize-givings, where each child in an age group takes something home and the height keeps the cost sensible. Made up to order with a three week lead time, so we confirm the wording before we begin.
