The 200mm mat suits lower-level drills, a landing zone under a bar, or a soft area beside a mat floor. Sixteen density describes how the foam compresses under a body arriving at speed. Pressing a hand on the surface tells you nothing useful. We make these to order, so allow two weeks from the day you place it.
