TITLE Exercise Mat: Black PVC, Standard 1200 x 600mm

You find out a mat is too thin on the third set, when your elbow reaches concrete through it.

This is 1200 x 600mm of foam under a wipe-clean PVC skin, sized for the corner of a room where you train. Take 25mm for stretching and core work over carpet, 40mm for floor drills on tile, and 50mm where you go down hard. The Velcro option joins mats edge to edge, so four of them lock into a 2.4 x 1.2 metre floor that holds together through a round of burpees. Sweat wipes off the PVC between sessions and the sealed cover keeps it out of the foam.
