TITLE Exercise Mat: Black PVC, Large 1500 x 750mm
Your heels hang off the end of a standard mat the moment you lie back on it.
At 1500 x 750mm this one takes an adult lying full length, with room either side for a dumbbell or a partner kneeling in. That extra width is what you want for stretching, ground work and any drill where you roll off the centre line. Choose 25mm over carpet, 40mm on tile or wood, and 50mm where landings are part of the session. Velcro joining runs them into a continuous floor, so two mats give you 1.5 metres square without a seam that slides open under load. The PVC cover takes a wipe between users.
