Which chain length do I need, 300mm or 600mm?
Choose 300mm where your mounting point is already close to the right height for the bag. Choose 600mm for higher ceilings or where the bag needs to drop further to sit at proper punching height.
How high should a punching bag hang?
Set the bag so its middle sits around your chest height. That gives you a realistic target for both head and body shots. Chain length is how you fine-tune it, which is why TITLE offers two.
Do I need a swivel with the chain?
It is strongly recommended. The chain connects the bracket to a swivel, and the swivel lets the bag rotate on impact rather than putting torque on the chain and the bag's hanging loop.
