TITLE Stopwatch: Coaching and Interval Training Timer

Sale priceR 669.00

Half of coaching happens away from the wall holding the gym timer.

Roadwork, hill sprints, shuttle runs, a boxer doing pad rounds in a corner while the main floor runs its own circuit. A stopwatch goes where the session goes. Timing the work is also how you find out whether it improved: a boxer who covers the same shuttle set four seconds faster in March than January has evidence, and evidence is what keeps a fighter honest through a hard block. Keep it on the lanyard with your whistle and it becomes the thing you reach for without thinking. A gym running a squad through conditioning sets also needs a second timer away from the wall unit, so most coaches end up carrying one of these whatever the wall unit does.

Specifications

  • Type: Handheld stopwatch
  • Use: Rounds, intervals, conditioning and roadwork

Where it fits

Coaches working outdoors or across more than one training area, and boxers timing their own conditioning. It complements a wall-mounted gym timer rather than replacing one.

Time the work and you will know whether it improved.
